Wave Psychology & Coaching is a small, independent psychology practice based in New Lambton, providing psychological services to adults.

As the practice continues to evolve, we are open to expressions of interest from psychologists who are seeking to work within a calm and respectful private practice environment, and who are interested in contributing their own clinical strengths and interests.

Tanya's work within the practice has developed a particular focus on:

• Adult autism and ADHD assessment (including later-identified and masked presentations)
• Psychological therapy for women navigating midlife transitions, identity change, burnout, and neurodivergence
• Work that supports resilience, daily functioning, and sustainable psychological change.

However, joining the practice does not require you to work within this niche.

We welcome psychologists who work with other adult client populations, therapeutic approaches, or areas of interest, and who would like to contribute to a practice that values depth, clinical thinking, and professional autonomy.

This opportunity would suit a psychologist who:

• Enjoys working with adult clients in a considered, ethical, and reflective way
• Values autonomy over rigid systems or high-volume models
• Is interested in working within a small practice that prioritises quality over quantity
• Brings their own clinical perspective, skills, and interests to their work

There is flexibility in how your role could be shaped, depending on your experience, preferred client group, and scope of practice.

Depending on your interests, work within the practice may include:

• Psychological therapy with adult clients across a range of presentations
• Assessment or therapeutic work aligned with your own areas of training
• Working alongside a practice that has an established neurodivergence and midlife focus, while also expanding the breadth of services offered
